Meet The Team

Dr. Jital Pancholi PT DPT

Dr. Jital Pancholi PT DPT

Founder and Pelvic Physical Therapist

Dr. Jital Pancholi founded Oncore Physical Therapy so she can provide the much-needed care in the field of Pelvic Health, inspired from her own journey in pelvic healing.

She believes in caring for her patients the way she would like to be treated. She strives to determine the "why's " and treat the root cause to find the lasting relief for the pelvic health problems.

She has more than 15+ years of experience as a physical therapist in pelvic health, orthopedics, sports, redcord, and vertigo rehabilitation. She integrates her knowledge and skills from all backgrounds to help her patients recover quickly from their recent and complex pelvic health problems. Dr. Pancholi understands firsthand how vital pelvic floor therapy is. She has two daughters of her own, and neither was an easy birth. She was led to believe she had few options for recovery and that her recovery required an uncertain surgery. Instead of risking surgery, she worked with many specialties, including pelvic floor specialists, to completely recover. These experiences inform her practice every day. The overall journey shaped her philosophy that early, correct, and holistic intervention is the best intervention. Her own experiences fuel her mission to support and educate people on underlying pelvic floor problems. Not only does she support patients, but she also advises other practitioners regularly so they can partner in the patients’ healing processes. When Dr. Pancholi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Debbie Cobb

Patient Care Coordinator and Front Office Administrator

Debbie brings over 35 years of experience as a physical therapist to her role at Oncore Physical Therapy. Early in her career, she focused on orthopedics and adolescent female health, but she stepped away from active practice to raise her family. Despite leaving clinical work, Debbie always missed being part of the healing community. Her passion for women’s health and her belief that everyone deserves effective and compassionate care eventually led her back to the field.

Debbie Cobb

Debbie joined Oncore in early 2024 as the Patient Care Coordinator, drawn to the clinic’s mission, which aligns perfectly with her own values. Since then, she has been an integral part of the team, witnessing firsthand how Oncore’s unique approach transforms the lives of men, women, and children. In her role, Debbie ensures that every patient feels supported and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Her dedication to fostering a welcoming and efficient environment helps patients focus on their healing journeys. When she’s not at work, Debbie loves spending time with her family, friends, and her three dogs. She also enjoys reading and cherishes the connections she builds both inside and outside the clinic.
